How is the 3-Technician / 1,000 Endpoint limit enforced?
It isn't. We operate on a strict honor system. The UHDC contains zero Digital Rights Management (DRM), zero "phone-home" telemetry, and zero background licensing checks. We built this platform for raw speed and instant live-call resolution. We refuse to introduce artificial latency or network overhead just to verify a license tier. If your environment exceeds the Community limits, we trust that your enterprise procurement and compliance teams will purchase the required Professional seats.
What if we have more than 10,000 endpoints?
For massive enterprise environments, standard sequential asset mapping can take several hours to complete, leading to stale data as laptops jump between Wi-Fi networks and VPNs. For domains exceeding 10,000 endpoints, we offer Custom architecture consultations. We will work with your engineering team to implement distributed scanning nodes, aggressive multi-threading, or direct SCCM/Intune SQL database hooks to keep your asset maps lightning-fast at scale.
Does the Free Tier lack any features?
No. We believe powerful IT orchestration should not be locked behind a paywall. The Community Free Tier includes 100% of the UHDC capabilities, including the Interactive Training Engine and the Theme Manager. The only difference is the legal licensing threshold for your organization's size and access to priority vendor support.
